Paradise

Vivimos tiempos de hablar de temas como el aumento de las temperaturas, los inviernos más cálidos, los huracanes cada vez más frecuentes o el riesgo del deshielo de los polos. Tiempos en los que está "de moda" hablar del Cambio climático... De moda por decir algo, porque es un tema que si bien no poreocupa a todos, realmente creo que sí nos deba acojonar un poco...

La canción de hoy es de 1997, del grupo finlandés de Power Metal Stratovarius y está incluida en su sexto álbum Visions (1997)... En ella reflexiona un poco sobre la capacidad devoradora del hombre y su "afán" por acabar con la Madre Naturaleza... Y el riesgo de perde, quizás para siempre, nuestro querido Paráiso.  No basta ese supuesto paraíso de los dogmas religiosos. Porque la Tierra es nuestro Paráiso, y lo podemos perder.

Espero que no sea necesario que vengan muchos oportuninstas Al Gore's a alertarnos sobre algo que seguramente todos tengamos en la cabeza, y canciones como ésta, pasen a ser una simple "alarma histórica musical". Y que lo vean nuestros hijos, y nietos.
