Wonderlust King

Ummmm, éste grupo ha sido quizás el mejor descubrimiento de los últimos meses. Lo conocí por el boletín semanal de AMG que recibo y rara vez leo. Pero esa semana lo leí.

El grupo es Gogol Bordello, que aunque son de New York, está formado por ucranianos, rusos, un irsraelí, un etíope, un ecuatoriano, una china-escocesa, una americano-tailandesa, un japonés, ah, sí, y un americano. Y con este alarde de nacionalidades y culturas, los Gogol hacen lo que ellos denominan Gypsy Punk.

Estuvieron en Barcelona y Madrid en noviembre, lástima que no los conociera por entonces, porque los videos que he visto por YouTube son la caña!

La canción de hoy es el primer single  del disco Super Taranta! (2007) A parte de que la canción es I-M-P-R-E-S-I-O-N-A-N-T-E, me quedo con parte de la letra, que con humilde libertad comparto, o más bien quiesiera más compartir...
